Expert review for AI security products
The cybersecurity expert review layer behind your AI security product.
Your benchmarks tell you the AI passes. They can’t tell you its output is right. We’re the cybersecurity experts — pentesters, SOC analysts, detection and security engineers — who use your product the way your customers will, review what it produces, and work with your team to make it good enough to stand behind.

We put real cyber expertise behind your AI — so you can prove it works.
“A benchmark score is a claim. Expert review is what makes the claim defensible.”
The problem
A passing benchmark is not a working product.
Automated tests tell you your AI runs. They can’t tell you its output is correct — whether the findings are real, whether the reasoning holds, whether it makes sense to someone who has done the job. That takes a cybersecurity expert. It’s the same reason frontier AI labs pay expert evaluators before they claim a model is good.
Why it matters
Your buyers need to trust every answer, not a benchmark score.
The security teams buying your product need to know it behaves the way they expect and gives the right answer — in their environment, every time it matters, not just in a demo. The surest way to know is to put it in the hands of cybersecurity experts who use it exactly as your customer’s team would, then check every result, verdict and behaviour before your customer ever sees it.
Your two bad options today
The third option
A cybersecurity team on your side — doing the expert review that makes the product better and gives you a defensible basis for what you tell the market.
What an expert catches that a benchmark doesn’t
- A detection that fires perfectly in the test set — and on harmless traffic in the real world
- A finding that’s technically true but not exploitable in this configuration
- The right verdict reached for the wrong reason — one that won’t generalise
- The obvious thing a benchmark never thought to test, that an analyst spots on sight
Who does the work
Cyber experts. Not product testers.
This is the difference that matters. Our people are security professionals who judge your product the way an attacker or a defender would — not a QA team checking that buttons work. We review your AI’s output against real adversary behaviour and real operational expectations.
Penetration testers
Is what your agentic pentest tool found real, and did it miss what a human wouldn’t?
SOC analysts
Would this alert, this triage, this verdict survive a real shift?
Detection engineers
Is the logic sound, or noisy, narrow, or misfiring?
Red teamers
Does it hold up against how an adversary actually operates?
Cloud & security engineers
Is the reasoning right across real, messy environments?
A product tester asks
Does the feature work as specified?
Our cyber experts ask
Is the security output correct, and would it hold up against a real adversary in front of a real customer?
What we do
One partnership, across your product’s lifecycle.
We work as an extension of your team. Three services, one relationship: we evaluate your AI security product, build whatever the evaluation needs to run against, and — as you grow — send Forward Deployed AI Security Engineers to make it work at your customers.
- Evaluate your product
- Build what evaluation needs
- Forward Deployed Engineers at every customer
Many engagements start in the middle — with the infrastructure — and grow outward.
03 · Forward Deployed Engineers
Our Forward Deployed AI Security Engineers tune your product inside each customer’s environment.
Service 01 · Expert evaluation of your AI product
The core. Our cyber experts use your product, then review what it produces — alongside your team.
Whether your product is an AI SOC analyst, an agentic pentest tool, or AI-driven EDR, CASB, or DLP, we use it the way it’s meant to be used — and the way your customer will — then review its behaviour and output with your engineers. Collaborative, not judgemental: we sit with your team on what holds up and what needs another look.
How an evaluation runs
- We learn your product What it claims, what it’s for, who uses it.
- We use it like your customer would Running real workflows against realistic conditions.
- We review it as cyber experts Is the output correct, sound, and adversary-ready?
- We report with your team What’s strong, what’s not, and what to fix first.
What an evaluation examines
- Output correctness Do the findings and verdicts hold up under expert review?
- Reasoning quality Right answer for the right reason — or a lucky guess?
- Failure modes Where does the analysis break, and how obviously?
- Real-world fit Does test-set performance survive messy, real input?
- Adversary readiness Would it hold against how an attacker actually behaves?
- Coverage gaps What is it silently missing that an analyst would catch?
We find the problems before your customer does.
That’s the whole point: your customer meets a product that works, not the gaps.
Two ways to engage
Scoped evaluation
- Fixed period
- Defined scope
- Clear report
- Ideal first engagement
Embedded review
- Ongoing
- Evolves with your product
- Supports each new customer rollout
- Recurring
Embedded review is where a project becomes a partnership.
Service 02 · Test environment & evaluation infrastructure
Evaluation needs something real to run against. We build it.
Especially for agentic pentest and other offensive tooling, judging your product means pointing it at a realistic target. We build that target — the ranges, the deliberately vulnerable estates, the evaluation harnesses — so your product can be tested properly. It’s often the most practical place to start, and it lets us learn your product from the inside.
Built to a known baseline — so “did it work?” has a real answer.
You can’t judge a pentest agent’s findings without knowing what was actually there to find.
Scope, clearly
We build environments for your product to be tested against. We point your tool at a target we build, and judge its work. We do not attack your product itself.
Service 03
Forward Deployed AI Security Engineers
Your product works in the demo. We make it work in every customer’s environment.
On day one, an AI SOC or AI security tool knows nothing about your customer — their VPN ranges, service accounts, admin habits, change windows or critical systems. Our engineers work inside the customer’s environment, learn how it really runs, and teach your product the context it needs to give the right answers. Because we’ve already used and reviewed your product in depth, we start from day one, not week six.
- Your customer buys your product
- Our Forward Deployed AI Security Engineer learns their environment and tunes your product
- Verdicts the customer can trust — and fewer cancellations for you
Learn the environment · review verdicts daily · turn patterns into approved context · tune detections and playbooks · report product issues back to you.
For you
Successful deployments and happier renewals, without sending your own engineers to every customer site.
For your customer
A product that understands their environment — not a flood of alerts and a manual to decode.
Typically a 60–90 day onboarding as part of your deployment, then optional ongoing tuning as the customer’s environment changes.
How we work
Partner-style, expert-led, every time.
- Scope We agree exactly what needs evaluating, building, or supporting.
- Deliver Our engineers do the work. Every one is vetted and supervised by a senior cybersecurity expert before they ever touch your product.
- Report, together Findings shared and worked through with your team, not handed down.
- Continue Optional ongoing review, and Forward Deployed AI Security Engineers at your customers as you grow.
“You get cybersecurity engineers who’ve been assessed and are supervised by a senior expert — not unvetted contractors handed over cold. The expert review starts before the engagement does.”
An auditor
Grades you from outside, hands down a verdict, walks away.
We
Work beside your team, find what needs fixing, and help fix it.
Why SecureFLIT
Cyber experts, on your side.
Led by a senior cybersecurity engineer with a decade across SOC and MSSP operations, detection engineering, and cloud security — built and tuned at scale, not advised on from the sidelines.
What we don’t do
Clear boundaries, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
- We don’t attack your product. We use your tool against a target and judge its work. We don’t red-team the tool itself.
- We’re not an independent auditor. We work with you, on your side — partnership, not judgement passed from outside.
- We’re not a reseller. We’re paid for expertise, never a licence markup. No platform allegiance.
Who we work with
Funded teams building AI security products.
We work with companies building AI-driven security tools whose output a cyber expert can meaningfully review — teams with real budget but not the spare senior headcount to do this work internally.

FAQ
Common questions
Will you compete with our own engineers?
No. We take the review and infrastructure work off their plate so they stay on the product. We work alongside your team, not around it.
How do you use our tool?
The way your customer would. Then we tell you whether the AI — and everything around it — works the way you’d want, so that we find the problems, not your customer.
Do you only check normal behaviour?
No. We review against how a cybersecurity expert would expect the product to behave — real adversary and operational expectations, not just the happy path.
Are your team product testers?
No. Our people are penetration testers, SOC analysts, detection engineers, and security engineers. We review from a cyber expert’s point of view, not a software tester’s.
Which kinds of products do you work with?
AI-driven security tooling of most kinds — AI SOC platforms, agentic pentest, EDR/XDR, SIEM, CASB, DLP/DSPM, CNAPP, and identity security. If your product produces security output a human expert can judge, we can review it.
Are you going to publish findings about our product?
No. This is private, partner work. What we produce is for you — to make the product better and to back your own claims.
Do you attack or try to break our product?
No. We use your tool against a target environment and judge whether it works. Testing the tool’s own resilience to attack is out of scope.
Do we have to commit to something ongoing?
No. Many engagements start as a scoped evaluation or a single infrastructure build. Ongoing review is where the value compounds, but it’s a choice.
